Online Surveys

We can launch web-based surveys in a matter of hours, and produce results in days instead of weeks. We have the capabilities - and the experience - to field Internet surveys for both B2B and B2C applications.

Telephone Surveys

Over the years we have developed a highly-skilled team of telephone interviewers whose abilities go far beyond those of the “average” interviewer many of us are subjected to when we answer the phone at home. The collective expertise of this team makes B2C projects go more quickly and smoothly - and is absolutely critical in conducting meaningful and professional interviews with healthcare professionals.

Executive & Physician Interviews

Because of our extensive experience in B2B research, we are highly-skilled, and very comfortable, conducting both face-to-face and telephone interviews with business executives, physicians, and other professionals.

M³™

To achieve better sample sizes and more in-depth information, we have created M³™, our signature MultiMode Methodology approach in which we combine two or more forms of surveying.

M³™ is typically an online survey complemented by a telephone survey but may combine several methodologies to achieve the desired result. The goal of M³™ is to make the survey convenient for respondents to ensure participation.

M³™ is particularly useful in business-to-business projects where executives tend to be hard to reach or have limited time boosting response rates anywhere between 10% and 50%!

Focus Groups

Catalyst conducts both in-person and online focus groups with its experienced team of Moderators.

Our team is accustomed to taking the “show on the road” - coordinating and conducting numerous multi-site focus group projects, requiring anywhere from 4-12 focus groups in various cities both in the U.S., Canada, and in Western Europe.

Catalyst also offers the option of conducting focus groups online. These groups are particularly effective when:

  • It is physically or geographically impossible to conduct groups in a facility.
  • The subject matter is sensitive and people may be reluctant to share their true feelings in a group setting.
In-Person Intercepts

We have managed numerous projects in which intercept interviews with consumers were a key component. Our experienced interviewing team is adept at winning the confidence of your customers and getting the insights you desire. Interviews can be conducted in English or in Spanish.

Custom Panels
